2011 New Carlsson Mercedes-Benz S-Class

Carlsson offers its S-Class (W / V 221) further sportiness, individuality and luxury. The 12-cylinder bi-turbo version of the above on the S 600 L now impresses with 600 hp (441kW) instead of 517 hp (380 kW). Its maximum torque is limited electronically to 1,024 Nm. This increase in power is the result of a management approach optimized engine along with sport air filter and sports exhaust system. The tremendous acceleration power brings Carlsson S-Class in 4.3 seconds from 0 to 100 kph (range: 4.6 seconds) at maximum speed, which is limited to 320 mph. This performance gain is the result of the test cycles of luxury and many years of experience with the engine manufacturer's Stuttgart. Improved performance, including sport exhaust system is available for the S 600 L 4997 Euros including all taxes. Other performance upgrades are available for 6 -, 8 - and 12-cylinder engines and for diesel engines. The top model based on the S 63 AMG 685 hp allows up to (504 kW).
Four additional headlights (fog lights and high beams), and vertically integrated LED daytime running lights to ensure safety on the road during the day and night. The back of the class S is complete with rear skirt, topped with a sporty rear spoiler. The visual promise of the new aero package is maintained by the intelligent reduction kit, Carlsson C-Tronic suspension for vehicles with AIRMATIC or ABC suspension system. The C-Tronic is available for only 1178 Euros, exceeding even the Active Body Control suspension system for Mercedes-Benz.

High-performance Dunlop tires (255/35 front and 275/35 ZR 20 rear) to facilitate contact with the road and cover the elegant 20-inch wheels alloy 10.01 Brilliant Edition (wheel of a complete set in 19 inches are available from 3583 Euro).

Lexus LS 600h L Landaulet 2011


The Royal Wedding LS 600h L is completed in a elegant Midnight Blue livery, which was applied by hand using several coats of a bespoke, environmentally-friendly water-based paint. The roof is a single, lightweight polycarbonate shell, 8 mm thick & weighing only 26 kg. Fixed to the body of the Lexus through intermediary parts, it will permit ideal visibility from both inside & out of doors the vehicle.


The distinctive full hybrid Lexus LS 600h L Landaulet will serve as the official Royal Wedding automobile on the occasion of the marriage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco to Ms. Charlene Wittstock on Saturday 2nd July 2011. For most of this tour, the vehicle will operate in full zero-emission mode, driving under electric-motor power alone, hereby reaffirming Lexus Hybrid Drive' environmental credentials.
