Canadian Autoworkers Union Agree to the Cost saving Pact

The Canadian autoworkers union agreed to range of contract concessions with General Motors of Canada on Sunday in a deal that shunned reductions to base salaries/pension benefits. A union statement told the agreement which reached out after round the clock talks which in turn saves the company substantial amounts of money and it ought to be ratified by the union members.

In a news conference CAW president Ken Lewenza stated that the alternatives are too bad and worse state. He told that how much ever they can do as union they’ve done and rest the Canadian government got to step up to the plate. The agreement which CAW expects will form the model for deal with further more auto concerns which broadens the contract by one year while freeze of wages and cost of living adjustments.
